Riaz Mehta - CEO

Having lived most of his life in Sydney, Australia and moved to Singapore in September 2001.  He has adopted Singapore as his new home and is well known in the Singapore business circles.  Riaz possesses over 20 years experience in setting up and operating Media and Technology businesses.

David Knox - Business Advisor

David Knox has over 35 years experience in the establishing and operating businesses in many different countries. He has lived in Australia for more than 20 years working both in Australia and Asia. 

Mr. Knox joined the Kaz group in 1992 as the executive director of business development to build the outsourcing business for Kaz, and played an integral part in the company's continuous growth throughout the Asia Pacific and beyond. in the last few years he has been primarily responsible for the Asian operations of the group and has developed and built the Asian operation with major operations established in Singapore, Hong Kong and Thailand. 

Mr. Knox has been highly successful with a management career in the development and implementation of business solutions and the development of new business establishing business in Australia and Asia.  Mr. Knox acts as an adviser on all business related matters to Imagine OmniMedia and is an integral part of our business.

Joel Lin - Executive Director

Joel Lin is the Founder and Partner of Green Mountains Investments Pte Ltd, a boutique investment firm with investments in a variety of asset classes ranging from private equity to pre-IPO financing to listed equities.  The Company invests mainly in companies based or listed in Southeast Asia, where it has established a good network of contacts.

Before starting Green Mountains, Mr. Lin was the co-founder of IB Capital, a boutique advisory and investments firm.  Among some of its projects, IB Capital had a joint venture with CIMB, the leading investment bank in Malaysia, to focus on investment banking deals in the Telecommunications, Media and Technology sector.  The JV was involved in some of the largest IPO’s in Malaysia.  IB Capital also invested a number of listed and unlisted companies.

Mr. Lin’s other work experiences include being a Consultant with The Boston Consulting Group (in the Los Angeles office) where he worked on assignments in the US, Korea and Canada.  He was an International Projects Manager at Monsanto, a leading US life sciences company, where he worked on projects in North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia.

He was the Director of Growth and Commercial Development at Solutia (a Monsanto spin-off), based in Singapore, where he identified, evaluated and negotiated joint venture and acquisition opportunities in Asia Pacific. Prior to business school, he was a Platoon Leader and Assistant Operations Officer in an elite rapid deployment force in the US Army.

Mr. Lin serves on the board of Green Mountains Investments Pte Ltd, Kapient Holdings Pte Ltd, Pix n Portraits Pte Ltd. and TD Watson Consulting Pte Ltd.  He was previously a Director of  IB Capital Pte Ltd, extropia (a software investee company that was sold to a listed Singapore company) and iCIMB, a JV between IB Capital and CIMB, the leading investment bank in Malaysia.

Phillip Arndt - Creative Producer & Casting Director

Phillip is an internationally acclaimed inspirational speaker,  corporate trainer and holistic consultant majoring in communications, human behaviour, psychology and counselling. As an intuitve business consultant and corporate strategist he brings a unique perspective to Imagine Omnimedia.  Phillip has worked extensively  through out Asia with multi national corporations and private individuals in Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Bali and India.
